Let me tell you about my work experience.

As an IT professional with 8 years of experience I have worked in many capacities. In manufacturing & higher education environments, I have also worked for a HR/Payroll software company as a tier two technical support representative and I have extensive experience as a software trainer and in administrative technical support.
I am a multi-task oriented person who is proficient in an array of software programs and am able to produce high quality work in a timely fashion. My ability to work well with others and independently along with excellent time management, organizational and communication skills allows me to love what I do and do it extremely well.
