Please send calendar notices at least 2 weeks in advance for proper notification to everyone that views our calendar.

We require the following information for all calendar notices:

  • Event name
  • Host name
  • Host contact information (Phone, Email, Web site)
  • Date, Start time, End time
  • Location Name, Location address, Location Telephone
  • Cost and the intended audience.
