When I give a quote I take into consideration complexity and expediency of the request, therefore rates are charged at three levels, hourly, retainer, and by project.
Basic services are billed at an hourly rate in 30 minute increments, a one hour minimum is required. A retainer is the way to go if you need ongoing assistance and rates for computer training services and project work are explained below.
Rates do not include shipping and handling, or other costs incurred on behalf of the client.
NEPA Virtual Assistant charges an hourly rate of $30 for basic services.
There is a half hour minimum on all computer training sessions at $30 per half hour per person.
Group rates are $25 per person for 3 people, $20 per person for 4 or more, per half hour.
All computer training sessions require one week notice and will need to be paid for 2 days prior to the scheduled session date.
Projects require 50% of the accepted estimate as a down payment and the remainder will be due upon project completion. Once payment in full has been received all documents will be released to the client.
Depending on complexity and duration most projects are billed at a per project rate, the Client Service Agreement will designate if the project is billed hourly or at a per project rate.
When sending work to NEPA Virtual Assistant you can fax, e-mail, or send by courier via UPS, USPS or Fed-Ex.
Clients will need to provide detailed instructions that should include project requirements, deadlines and any other pertinent information along with a signed Client Service Agreement.
Completed work will be delivered to you by fax, email or mailed via postal service or courier to the designated contact person.
If you have other preferences, please specify. Client is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Rush orders, any service requiring less than a two day turn-around time are accepted but on a limited basis. An additional 20% will be be added for these types of requests.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice for completed hourly work. An invoice will be submitted the first week of every month to clients who have monthly retainers.
If work has already begun and the project is canceled, clients will be billed for hours worked.
(Both parties must be in agreement regarding all fees and deadlines.)
Payment for services rendered should be in the form of a check or money order made payable to NEPA Virtual Assistant.
(A service fee of $25 is charged for returned checks).
At this time NEPA Virtual Assistant will accept credit card payments via Pay Pal only.
